I love how my studio affords me the ability to photograph sessions that wouldn't otherwise be possible. Making my newborn parents comfortable and feeling spoiled makes me happy, and I'm able to do that in my roomy studio space. Mom and Dad can relax until it's their turn for photographs, and my hair and makeup stylist pampers mom and makes her feel beautiful for her images. That is VERY important to me. This time is so fleeting and hectic, and honestly, a blur. In the end you'll have two things...your impression of the experience and your images. I want you to have the very best of both. 

If you are considering a newborn (or any genre) photographer, I cannot stress the importance of looking beyond the price. I do believe the old adage is true, but beyond that, that price reflects so many things, including experience, both the photographer's work experience and your client experience. I am so thankful for my clients who value not only the art of photography, but in the importance of heirloom products that do not rely on the constant updating of technology. Each time you walk by that wall art (two 30x40 canvas prints in this case), I hope you feel the love you felt for your family in that moment, and the love I invest in creating it for you.
