I understand that I am ordering a high quality 24x18 corrugated yard sign with hardware of my graduate. I will provide up to two high resolution images that 1) were not taken by a professional and I have sole copyright ownership 2) were taken by Kim Shouse Photography 3) were taken by a professional photographer or company and I am providing COPYRIGHT release written by my photographer. I understand that a PRINT RELEASE provided to me by my photographer for personal printing of my digital files IS NOT the same as a COPYRIGHT RELEASE from my photographer to Kim Shouse Photography and that I have read my release and am solely responsible for providing this information prior to design work. I also understand that if I choose to place my order before confirmation of this release and my photographer will not allow commercial printing by another photographer or business, my choices are to upload personal images or opt for a text only sign for $30. Due to the custom nature of my order, no refunds will be given. Kim will advise if personal images will not print well due to low resolution size or poor quality but is not responsible for personal choices. This may be the case in cell phone images. I understand that my order does not include editing or retouching of images.

A digital proof will be emailed to the address provided in this form. Design approval is required before ordering. Signs are ordered in bulk dependent on date ordered/designed/approved and will be available for pickup at my Clemmons studio upon notification. I understand that order frequency depends greatly on the number of signs ordered during a specific time period. Pickup dates and times are designated.
